Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.
Practice Details:
- 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
- Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.
- Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- BC/BE through NCCPA
- Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
- 2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.
