Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join our clinical research team in various capacities, including Clinical Research Assistants, Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Lead/Project Managers, Senior Clinical Research Coordinators and Clinical Research Managers. These roles will support and manage clinical trials from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, data collection, and maintaining study documentation.
  • Educate participants about clinical trial activity and study procedures.
  • Work with the Investigator to obtain informed consent. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and protocol specific data collection.
  • Liaise with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards (IRBs) to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, initiate, and execute clinical research projects, developing project timelines, assisting with budget developments, and overseeing resource allocation.
  • Lead complex clinical trials, coordinating multiple studies simultaneously while overseeing the training and supervision of junior staff.
  • Develop and implement research strategies in collaboration with project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Conduct quality assurance and audits to maintain compliance and uphold ethical standards across all projects.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including sponsors and regulatory bodies, to facilitate successful project outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Minimum high-school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, public health) is required; advanced degrees preferred for project manager, senior coordinator, clinical research lead, and manager roles.
  • Previous experience in clinical research is preferred, even for entry level positions, but not required. Each position within the Clinical Research Hierachy is aligned with required years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
