Responsibilities:

• Manage various litigation cases, including general liability, complex commercial, construction defect, and civil litigation matters.
• Conduct all phases of discovery, encompassing written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
• Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
• Reliable and able to work a caseload independently under the supervision of a firm partner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction defect experience.
• Experience handling all phases of complex litigation matters.
• Strong litigation skills, including handling cases independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
