What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and hospitality driven General Manager to join our exceptional team of hospitality leaders. Gruppo Terroni is the Industry leader when it comes to providing a traditional and authentic Italian culinary experience. Whether in our dining rooms or in our retail and caf spaces we honour both tradition and innovation and focus on the delivery of exceptional products and experiences. It is the GM who not only ensures the location team consistently meets these standards of excellence but also exceeds the expectations of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years FOH leadership experience which includes GM experience in a full service casual fine dining restaurant and will be an Industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an inspiring and driven General Manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and curating exceptional experiences for our guests. A passion for Italian food and culture a must, wine knowledge and/or certification a definite asset.

Description of Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the location. The GM ensures the location consistently meets established standards of operational excellence as well as mentors all FOH team members to exceed the expectations of our guests. The GM is responsible and held accountable for the financial success of the location and has the key responsibility of monitoring budgets reviewing costs throughout every step of the operations of the business. This is a full time in person role with the standard expectation that the GM will be present for shifts that include nights and weekends.
