Position Description:
The Human Resources Director will promote effective management of the organization's Human Resources, including organizational planning, selection, workforce planning and placement, utilization, training and development, recognition, retention, and employee relations. Provide guidance on human resources matters, maintaining compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
2. Master's degree preferred.
3. National Certification in area is preferred.
4. A minimum of 10 years of personnel experience, five of which is preferred to have been at administrative or management level.
5. Some prior hospital experience is preferred.
