Coordination skill/ facilitation role across multiple groups is ideal Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Track / follow-up and take things to closure Having good communication. Ability to work with senior stakeholders with guidance from existing team Experience in banking / payments (preferred) Coordinating and facilitating role across multiple groups is ideal Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
