What Will You Be Doing?
  • Develop and design scheduled and ad-hoc reporting solutions for stakeholders and leadership, aligning with Everi's strategic vision.
  • Lead requirements gathering to identify business needs and deliver reporting solutions that matter.
  • Build automated dashboards and reporting tools, steering the organization toward a self-service model.
  • Establish best practices for reporting and ensure data quality with regular audits.
  • Install, modify, and upgrade HR software and applications, keeping systems current and effective.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to manage system integrations and data connections.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes.
  • Ensure security protocols for HR systems and data are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Manage the priorities, tasks, and timelines of assigned projects for smooth execution.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to align the systems roadmap.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending new tools and improvements.
  • Train users on reporting and visualization tools to promote smooth adoption.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and staff evaluations.
  • Implement HR performance metrics and employee development tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR data privacy laws and company policies.


Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics supporting HR teams, with 2+ years in management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR regulations at both state and federal levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., UltiPro).
  • Experience building HR system integrations and managing data connections.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
