General Job Description
IESR is currently searching for a self-driven, self-motivated Senior Design Technology manager to lead the development of AutoCAD IESR is looking for a professional, active, and capable AutoCAD designer to develop our HVAC design department This position is full time reporting to National Director of HVAC. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of CAD software, block and Script development, Mechanical engineering, and architecture.

Essential Functions:
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings and plans
- Collaborate with on Development of Cad Standards and broad scope material management
- Programming blocks and Scripts to develop robust data delivery from Drawing sets
- Provide work instructions, data tables, ventilation calculations per ASHRAE62.2 and any other pertinent installation data
- Residential Frame knowledge is a plus with both stick frame and truss layout.
- Basic knowledge of IRC and IBC codes and building science.
- Experience with Right-Suite and AutoCAD is crucial
- Any and all projects as directed by the National operations manager- HVAC
