Climatec a Bosch Company is looking to add Senior Corporate Recruiter (Human Resources Representative). This is a hybrid full-time regular position. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will nurture relationships with prospective talent, develop candidate pipelines, research, assess and identify new and innovative strategies and tools for recruiting great talent and manage business relationships with internal clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle recruiting for Engineering (ME, EE, CHEME, EEE, MS), Facilities (ME, EE), Electronics (AS Mechatronics) Finance, IT, and hourly production level positions and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with department heads regarding recruiting needs.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts through full-cycle recruiting and obtain internal referrals.
  • Write and place advertisements.
  • Schedule/Conduct interviews and manage onboarding.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Maintain human resource information and compile reports.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting (internal and external) sitewide training activities.
  • Drive special projects to completion and other relevant tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • 6+ years' experience in full cycle recruiting for Finance, IT and Executive positions required.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks and competitive landscapes within the specific field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
  • Experience in SmartRecruiters desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations to staff members.
  • Detailed-oriented, accurate, thorough and takes extreme pride in work.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.


Additional Information:
  • This position generally works Monday- Friday, overtime and on call when necessary.
