Director of Membership

The Director of Membership, in partnership with marketing, will be responsible to maintain the existing membership base as well as grow the potential base for AAA Central Penn. Serving as a part of the Executive Leadership team, this position will be a key contributor to the future of AAA Central Penn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Through a review of data and analytics, develop and implement strategies to attract new and retain existing members, creating a roadmap for sustainable membership growth.
• Establish short- and long-term goals to achieve membership objectives; provide insight into membership revenue and its relation to annual goals.
• Oversee membership data including tracking, reporting, and trend analysis; based on findings, develop strategies/programs to stimulate member engagement as a means of membership renewal.
• Outline data-driven member engagement, retention, and recruitment strategy and implementation plans.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 - 10 years progressively complex data analytics and sales experience.
• Advanced proficiency working with databases and a demonstrated ability to strategically and critically analyze complex data/datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
