BAE Systems is looking for a Technical Leader with a Systems or Software Engineer background. As an Architect, you will deliver new innovative Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solutions. You will be challenged to performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, alternatives analysis resulting in robust technical solutions. By coordinating and collaborating with product owners, product teams, and IT cross functional groups, you will build consensus ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions.

- Demonstrated ability to work with business processes and technical personnel to deliver a robust, scalable architecture that meets the business goals of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative and innovative architecture solutions from ill-defined requirements
- Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into end-to-end designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories
- Demonstrated ability to explain technical issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop a technical roadmap using current and future technology and architectural advancements to support the customers' vision and goals
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, without direct program supervision, and in a mixed teaming environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide cloud agnostic architecture solutions (leveraging AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, Oracle)
- Demonstrated ability to perform various individual contributor roles, such as Project Manager, Scheduler, Requirements Engineer, and Information Systems Security Engineer
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the norms, solicit engineering feedback, and build consensus around proposed designs
