PLANTA Queen in Nomad is seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. The AGM will work side by side the General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing the people around them and driving business profitability. SERVICE LEADER
PLANTA Queen in Nomad is seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. - Salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- A track record of progressive sophisticated-casual restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position in a comparable, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A solution focused and hands-on leadership style
- Iron clad integrity, sound decision making ability, and analytical mindset
- An innovative mindset towards business growth
- Passion for and knowledge of plant-based ingredients preferred, but we're happy to show you the way!
- Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, per the needs of the business
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE:
- Championing hospitality for both guests and employees by creating a welcoming, positive environment
- Actively participating in service, exemplifying standards, while driving sales performance and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Engaging with guests to ensure all inquiries and feedback are handled in a timely and appropriate way
- Overseeing product preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to restaurant standards
- Taking ownership of business performance by maintaining protocols, overseeing inventories, and scheduling labor in accordance with budgets
- Assisting in the recruiting and hiring of A players who are motivated to grow with the company
- Managing all aspects of staff performance & training to meet service standards and business targets
- Reviewing reservations daily to optimize covers and ensure staffing is appropriate
- Completing review of daily and weekly payroll reports
- Fostering positive and direct lines of communication between all departments and senior leadership
- Ensuring that all team members are compliant with Company's policies and procedures, as well as city, state, and federal laws
- Promoting a safe working and guest environment by enforcing health & safety regulations, including alcohol and security procedures
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and preventative upkeep for the building, facility, and grounds
