We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive growth, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in shaping the marketing strategies of multiple businesses within our organization.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans for healthcare services, products, or facilities to attract new patients, retain existing ones, and increase market share.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and service promotion.
    • Develop brand messaging that aligns with the healthcare organization's mission and values.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Create and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, print ads, email marketing, SEO) to promote healthcare services or products.
    • Collaborate with clinical teams and executives to align marketing efforts with the organization's objectives.
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
  • Content and Communication:
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, blogs, newsletters, and website content that communicate the benefits of healthcare services.
    • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and community outreach events.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) in all marketing communications.
  • Patient Engagement:
    • Develop strategies for patient outreach and education, focusing on enhancing the patient experience and encouraging engagement with services.
    • Organize and promote health awareness programs and community outreach initiatives to build trust and awareness in the local community.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with other departments, including clinical, sales, and administrative teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing efforts.
    • Manage external agencies or vendors that provide marketing, design, or digital services.
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving department goals.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree (e.g., MBA with a focus on healthcare) is often preferred.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in healthcare. Experience with healthcare regulations and patient engagement strategies is essential.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms; knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
