We are looking for a skilled and versatile photographer/videographer with graphic design experience to join our Brand team. The Digital Design Manager provides media production, videography and photography services for Fluor's Corporate Affairs team and other key internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, producing, shooting and editing a variety of video and photo projects that effectively communicate Fluor's brand to internal and external stakeholders.
The Digital Design Manager serves as production staff for projects, overseeing all aspects of production and post-production work. This includes photo/video shooting work encompassing executive leadership, employees, office environments and on-location projects and events as well as the associated preparation, equipment set-up and post-production editing. The Digital Design Manager will transport, set up and operate equipment; participate in location scouting and staging activities; set-up lighting; and oversee set preparation and design.
In some cases, motion graphic or audio (podcast)-style deliverables will be included in the scope of this position.
This position is part of the Corporate Affairs team and reports to the Senior Brand Design Manager.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Senior Brand Design Manager, Corporate Affairs colleagues and stakeholders to understand content development requirements and specific project goals.
Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality video and photographic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table that drive consistency in our videography and photography aesthetic.
Conceptualize, storyboard, pre-produce, schedule and plan photo, video, motion graphic and audio projects, ensuring that the delivery aligns with branding objectives and campaign goals.
Conduct video and/or photo shoots in a variety of situations, both in office settings and on location.
Manage the post-production process, including gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback, ensuring all content is polished and delivered on time.
Incorporate typography, visual effects and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of video and motion graphic content.
Understand various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their specific design requirements and formats.
Adapt and optimize video content for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Maintain databases including ongoing and completed projects, media libraries, equipment inventory, etc.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of video content and motion graphics design.

Basic Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, photography, or related field.
5-8 years photography and videography management.
Minimum 3-5 years of photojournalism, video content creation, or digital photo experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office as well as video software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Cinema 4D.
Proficiency in photo and video editing, motion graphics, color correction and sound design.
Demonstrable videography, graphic design and animation skills, showcased in a robust portfolio.
Hands-on experience with animation design, typography, color theory, layout design, video production, and image selection
Knowledge of video shooting, videography equipment, lighting and staging, editing, audio design, color correcting and compositing.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to incorporate feedback and effectively give/take direction.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25%

Ability to lift, carry, and/or otherwise move items weighing up to 50 pounds over various terrain and conditions
Ability to set up and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods during photo shoots, which can be approximately four to six hours in duration.
