Job Description
The National Sales Enablement Manager for Retail is responsible for providing sales management and project leadership for the Retail Markets, to include the Retail Banking Centers and Small Business. These responsibilities include the development and implementation of sales strategies, digital tools, sales effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between the business and key departments to further enable sales results such as Marketing, Learning Development, etc. Leads a team of 3-4 colleagues responsible for driving the identification, development, and implementation of all level sales priorities and initiatives related to elevate banker readiness, the customer experience, and sales processes for the Retail Banking Centers and Small Business.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University OR 4 Years Relevant Experience
- 8 Years Experience in sales processes, the customer journey, sales tools, leadership, coaching tools, banker readiness, and adoption
- 5 Years Managing multiple highly complex projects simultaneously
- 5 Years Experience in content delivery, including piloting sales process and new tools to ensure maximum effectiveness
- 5 Years Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- 2 Years Experience in Managing and directing a sales team
- 1 Year Experience with Microsoft Office Products

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Sales Enablement and Marketing:
- Serves as the primary liaison between the line of business leadership team, Corporate Learning, marketing and external vendors to support the sales efforts of our Relationship Managers.
- Identifying and partnering with vendors to develop and execute the delivery of digital sales tools (Converge, Vertical IQ, Shuffler, LinkedIn, Size Up, etc).
- Support the Converge operating model in product development, partner with Converge SME, and product owner to ensure any new functionality and ongoing enhancements are launched appropriately to ensure effective adoption by colleagues and drive the right behaviors.
- Monitor and optimize the use of all sales tools including upfront design and delivery, training, review of adoption and ongoing enhancements.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess adoption rates and identify areas of improvement.
- Leading line of business partnership with Marketing to align with strategic objectives of our business lines (Marketing collateral, vendor solutions, campaigns, etc).
- Actively solicit structured feedback from users to understand their experiences with existing tools.
- Leverage the feedback to inform ongoing enhancements and address identified gaps.
Learning and Development:
- Leads business efforts to support our colleagues with development in sales
- Partners with key stakeholders of the bank to partner in the design, and delivery of content to support colleague development
- Primary partner with Corporate Learning to create, enhance, and refresh ongoing sales development for our existing colleagues aligned to our strategic goals.
- Responsible for the design, creation and delivery of sales and coaching content.
- Supports the design and execution of our annual Distinguished Banker Event in partnership with Corporate Learning to reward our top sales colleagues for a 2--3 day in-person program.
General Line of Business Support and Line of Business Sales Recognition Programs:
- Responsible for the design and ongoing maintenance of the line of business connect site overall with particular focus on the Sales Tools and Resources page.
- Support the messaging and communication strategy for the Executive Directors of the National Sales Enablement, Retail Banking Centers, and Small Business, including support for internal and external speaking engagements and written communications.
- Supports the design and implementation of line of business recognition program and strategies.
- Ad hoc assignments for initiatives in support for the business strategy.
