Core duties:
Leads our on-site ER Immerse Training Program.
Functions as a primary mentor.
Provides clinical leadership by example, ensuring high-quality medicine.
Ensures a team-oriented approach to patient care.
Assists in the recruitment of high-quality Veterinarians.
Fosters positive relationships with referring Veterinarians.
Provides medical input into hospital development, marketing and equipment selection.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.
DVM or equivalent degree.
Licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
Experience mentoring and teaching junior Veterinarians.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary based on experience.
(Base +) 25% Production.
Annual $30,000.00 Senior stipend.
$25,000.00 signing bonus
