Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a FileNet / Datacap Developer to support our amazing client WSSC Water:

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using IBM Datacap, FileNet, and other custom tools.
- Analyzing requirements.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to support IBM FileNet and IBM Datacap applications in production operation application enhancement and new application implementation.
- This project specifically supports a local government agency on 7 Datacap apps and 24 FileNet apps, as well as the implementation of 5-10 projects yearly.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge and skills in two IBM products: FileNet and Datacap with 75% of the weight on FileNet, 25% on Datacap. 80% on custom and OOTB app development, 20% on app administration (patching, install, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with FileNet development and administration, including but not limited to:
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and custom plug-ins
- P8 APIs and java application customization
- Workflow Process Design and Process Administration
- P8 subscription and event actions
- P8 ACCE
- FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
- Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of FileNet P8 (CPE, CSS, Case Foundation), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), etc.
- SQL, java script, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with IBM Datacap and .NET development.
- Experience with the following:
- Datacap RuleRunner
- Datacap Navigator
- Datacap Studio
- Scan and Datacap workflow
- OCR
- Integration with FileNet
- Installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of IBM Datacap (Task Master, Rule Runner, Task Master Web), etc.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills (this is optional):
- Knowledge on SQL Server and Oracle database.
- Knowledge and experience with Automation Document Processing (ADP).
- Knowledge on administration of WebSphere Application Server and Web Server.
- Knowledge and experience with IBM Enterprise Records.
- Knowledge and experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
