Overview: RN Nursing Program Manager, Medication Assisted Treatment

Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services for medication assisted recovery in our Opioid Treatment Program.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Providing services to individuals enrolled in the agency's Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

Oversight of daily dosing of methadone

Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

Regulatory reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of mental health and /or substance use

Compassionate

Ability to function within a team environment

Quality-driven and client centered in care

Ability to provide direct care

Ability to train and supervise nursing staff in the program

Education and Experience:

Prior administrative and supervisory experience is required

State of Illinois RN licensure (current, in good standing and without prior disciplinary action) are required.

Valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance are required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, dependent on education and experience
