Financial Market Strategist (Hindi)

Your role at Exness:

The FMS represents Exness when facing external parties in financial market-related events. They create content for various media channels and support stakeholders in the requirements for financial information.
You will:

Content creation

• Create reports (Monthly Analysis, Weekly Outlook, and Daily Commentary) and distribute them
• Post market-related content on internal channels, summarizing the market happenings
• Script content for multimedia content (Weekly Market Outlook YT Shorts, Weekly Market Outlook YT, Evergreen videos, etc.)
• Create short-text content that will be used for many outcomes (SocMed posts, EDM emails, Personalized Market Recap, Monthly Market Recap, etc.)
• Create webinar or seminar content and present it in an understandable manner
• Provide feedback to the team on how to improve our products or services
• Explore our resources (Bloomberg Terminal, Oxford Economics, Glassnode, etc.) to maximize the usage and incorporate them into our work.
• Self-review to ensure all the content is accurate and adheres to branding styles and guidelines of the FMS standards
• Localize all the content if needed.

External representations

• Present market- and trading-related content in the local language, such as webinars, seminars, customer/partner gatherings, TV interviews, media posts, etc.
• Engage with clients in private sessions (1-on-1 consultations) offline or online
• Write and contribute to Exness' blogs or sub-sites with market- and trading-related content

Market knowledge

• • Actively and closely monitor market news and events on Bloomberg Anywhere, Businessweek, WSJ, FT, CoinTelegraph, Glassnode, Oxford Economics, etc. to have market insights shareable to all stakeholders
  • Be the point of contact for internal stakeholders for market-relevant inquiries, such as Market Briefs, Trading Thoughts, etc.
  • Provide feedback and inputs to other FMS (disregarding the levels) if the FMS could give value to improve the overall products and services

What makes you a great fit:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Native-level speaking and writing in Hindi language is required, Tamil and Urdu language knowledge is a plus

Content creation

• Ability to write clear and accessible research and analysis on relevant topics.
• In-depth knowledge of macroeconomic analysis; and familiarity with currencies, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and energy markets.

Trading and investment

• Professional experience in trading, investment management, or investment analysis.
• A deep understanding of the traders' psychology and behavior is an added advantage.

Research skills

• Strong research skills, including proficiency with online search tools and managing large data sets.
• Ability to search for accurate and relevant information.
• Experience with data and analysis services such as Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg Terminal, Oxford Economics, or similar platforms.

Experience & Education

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fields is preferable.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial market research, investment management, or related functions in the financial industry.
• Highly preferred financial certifications, such as CFA, CMT, CFTe, or CAIA
• Preferred experience in writing analysis reports.
