We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing financial reports, and an efficient month-end close process.

Your Impact
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for financial accounting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing financial reports, and an efficient month-end close process.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the daily operations of the accounting department including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, Inventory, and payroll. Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Participate in the month/quarter/year-end closing processes, including preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Work with the FP&A team to analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management regarding financial performance, budget variances, and cost controls.
- Assist in procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve process efficiency and financial controls.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Stay up to date with industry changes, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
What You've Accomplished
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role. Big 4 firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Dynamics365, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
