The Data Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of data processes, integration, and delivery to support the organization's data strategy. This role will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data systems and processes, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and security.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, integration engineers, and data analysts.
- Act as a liaison between data services and other departments to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Hybrid: 2 days remote / 3 days on-site.
Essential Functions
- Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development of team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Develop and implement data management strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes.
- Supervise the integration of data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Manage the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data warehousing and analytics.
- Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure data systems are integrated with existing infrastructure.
- Oversee the delivery of data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Ensure data delivery solutions meet user needs and enhance data accessibility and understanding.
- Monitor and optimize data delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and manage data-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven progressive experience in data management, data engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data quality management.
- Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex data projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data delivery methods (spreadsheet, API).
- Strong understanding of user experience principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
