About the Opportunity
Inalab has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst to support Department of State.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose, plan, and oversee high-profile program initiatives engaging foreign audiences.
- Coordinate with implementing partners.
- Perform research in support of program goals.
- Oversee talent recruitment and program logistics.
- Establish standard practices, policies, templates, and tools to ensure effective management of unit initiatives and train staff in the same.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and develop recommendations for course corrections and lessons learned.
- Oversee planning for events including high-level participants from government and the private sector.
- Draft communications and correspondence for senior Department officials.
- Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Experience managing the implementation of complex projects with organization-wide impact.
- Proficiency in the use of word processing software, spreadsheets, databases and project management tools.
- Familiarity with best practices in project management.
- Familiarity with performance measurement, evaluation, surveying and general use of metrics to track organizational performance, progress and goal attainment.
- Familiarity with principles and practices of knowledge management.
- Familiarity with formulating, writing, and implementing policies, processes, and procedures.
- Familiarity with U.S. public diplomacy and/or International Exhibitions.
- High level of proficiency in written and oral communications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
