LOCATIONS: Plum, Washington and East Liberty, PA

We are looking for full-time veterinarians. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Your duties will include providing preventative care, the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses/injuries, and the diagnosis and management of chronic medical conditions. In addition, you will build strong relationships with the clients, ensure positive outcomes for the pets, provide excellent client communication, establish protocols, and lead staff members to better performance.

No surgeries, no emergencies, no euthanasia, and no on-call.

Qualifications: OPEN TO NEW GRADUATES. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US:

Patient care is at the core of what we do. We let our veterinarians decide how much time they want to spend on each case to provide the best care. We strive to offer an outstanding work-life balance to our vets. There is no on-call or after-hours care. We provide excellent mentorship and professional development opportunities. Each clinic is individually owned and operated.

We are a fast-growing company that is providing a new and exciting way for veterinarians to practice high-quality medicine in a manner that is convenient and affordable to clients. We offer convenience because we are a walk-in-only clinic. Clients can check in either online or in person, and since the clinics have an open-concept design, clients can see when you are busy helping other pets.

We are affordable because our focus is on wellness services, the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, and the diagnosis and management of chronic medical conditions. We do not have the costly overhead that is required to perform surgeries, dentistry, or x-rays, nor do we have ringing telephones tying up extra staff members. Essentially, we are the veterinary version of a general family practice. Just as your family medicine doctor does, you will work with neighboring veterinary practices for pets that require emergency care, hospitalization, imaging, dentistry, surgery, or end-of-life care.

Competitive salary, medical/dental/vision, 100% Company paid malpractice/ liability coverage, 401(k) with 5% Company Match, Paid Holidays, 3 Weeks Paid Time Off, 5 Sick Days, AVMA, License, & DEA Reimbursements, Continuing Education (CE) stipend, 8 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave, Short-term and Long-Term Disability Insurance.
