POSITION SUMMARY
The Brand Manager oversees a specific group of products within the Nordic Naturals branded house portfolio. This person assumes responsibility for developing and implementing strategic planning for the product line, consumer targeting, advertising & communication strategy, and innovation & new product development strategy. This position is broad in its scope, in that it directs and coordinates the market research, market analysis, planning, scheduling, budgeting, product development, creative, advertising, sales support, PR and communications activities for the product category.

Pay, Benefits & Perks:
The estimated annual pay for this role is $115,000 to $130,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may also include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission) if applicable.

Essential Function Statement(s)
- Driving topline & bottom line growth across specific Nordic Naturals product lines
- Developing and executing long term strategic plans rooted in consumer insight
- Building consumer awareness and leading media strategy and implementation
- Developing shopper marketing tactics and partnering with the sales teams to drive trial and distribution
- Working with external agency partners in creative asset creation, development, and deployment
- Developing strong cross functional relationships and showcasing leadership within the marketing function
- Adopting a "consumer-centric" viewpoint of our marketing efforts and incorporating the voice of the consumer into our strategies
- Budget management and deployment for the scope of the role
- Analyze business trends & results including channel dynamics, competitive activity, and consumer behavior
- Obtain and maintain an understanding of Nordic Naturals and its products, the competitors and the respective customers and markets so as to thoroughly understand product development and pricing and positioning
- Assure that all marketing and advertising materials for the category are in compliance with FDA and FTC regulations.

- 3-5+ years experience in brand or product management (dietary supplement experience a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA highly preferred
- Training or experience in managing profit centers and budgets
- Understanding of product development process
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; demonstrated leadership and organization skills required; collaborative, cross-functional team player
