Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for retail? We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee 10 Gasoline/Retail stores throughout California located from Sacramento to Palm Desert in Riverside County. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate would live in the Lompoc (Santa Barbara County) / Atascadero (San Luis Obispo County) area as a mid-point from all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and operational goals and budgets
• Adherence to company policies and procedures and governmental agency requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Foster a positive store culture focused on customer service and teamwork
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Actively engage with staff, stepping in to assist during busy periods or to cover shifts, demonstrating a hands-on approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management preferably in a gasoline/retail site environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to regularly travel throughout California
