Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced control algorithms for multi-axis robotic systems, optimizing performance and efficiency.
- Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to control robotic movements and coordinate with peripheral devices.
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive inspections on robotic systems, diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications for new robotic applications.
- Troubleshoot complex problems with robotic systems, utilizing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Suggested minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with multi-axis robotic systems.
- Strong background in multi-axis robotics, with experience in programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design.
- Hands-on experience with robotic simulation software (e.g., ROS, Gazebo) and motion control systems.
- Familiarity with robotic vision systems, sensors, and feedback mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
