Synopsis

Perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for assigned accounts, Overview and monitor the market and the competitors to ensure established Company sales targets are reached contributing to Company revenue objectives achievement.

Accountabilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish a periodic sales plan ensuring market and client visibility to ensure targets are reached and recorded
  • Garner a set amount of robust new corporate accounts to build and meet assigned targets
  • Account-manage assigned portfolio to build new and incremental revenue
  • Analyse market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers in terms of opportunities for overall new sales
  • Collect, review and work lead pipeline to ensure assigned sales target are met
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to generate revenue
  • Communicate and meet regularly with assigned accounts to review revenue and market share performance.
  • Update assigned accounts on new routes, products, and promotions in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement techniques to ensure a long-lasting productive business relationships to build positive year-over-year revenue
  • Research, gather and analyse product availability in the market to assist in the proposal of new products and services to improve company sales
  • Research, gather and analyse competitor information to share and counter their effects on the market by using positive attributes of the company to achieve assigned targets
  • Cooperate with marketing to determine the best promotion and sales approach within budget
  • Coordinate and draft contractual agreements with intermediaries to ensure customers' requirements are captured effectively and in compliance with existing policies
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts of trade and corporate segment to ensure sales can be closed, respecting corporate guidelines and indications
  • Report on sales efforts and progress with submission of a weekly sales report


Education & Experience

  • EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience within relevant field.
