HVAC Project Manager

The PM role is to identify and protect the risk of the project. By reviewing, communicating and verifying all aspects within the project scope, will help ensure project success.

• Negotiate with vendors & subcontractors on pricing for buyout
• Write subcontracts & purchase service contracts
• Review ICS Labor/Material and Phases % to complete
• Review Labor Tracking to ensure accuracy
• Review Submittal Log & Procurement Log
• Review Change Order
• Review RFI
• Forecast Labor & Material
• Plan and direct the operations required for the completion of assigned projects within budget, customer requirements and timelines.
• Confers with and directs field personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
• Conducts risk management assessments and strategies.
• Prepares billing projections for assigned construction projects based upon project completion schedule as well as reviews the projections for all other projects.

Salary Description

$90,000 - $120,000 / year
