Description:
Swedish Match North America LLC, a rapidly growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) producer and market leader of well-known smokeless tobacco products, nicotine ZYN pouch products, as well as complementary products, is currently seeking a Key Account Manager. This role will focus on personnel and headquarter account management for NYC, NJ, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
Experience: Minimum five years experience in non-durable consumer goods, including field sales and/or management.
Skills: Persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Accomplished presentation skills. Strong analytical skills. Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Category Management System, and industry data systems.

- Develop, lead and actualize a strategic business plan that will grow operating profits and revenue year to year with his/her assigned customer group. The focus will be against distribution, merchandising execution, identifying region growth opportunities, brand displacement, and category management.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Sales Managers to achieve volume and growth targets.
- Understand and utilize syndicated data (CRM and consumer) to identify space dimension opportunities. The purpose is to assist the BDM in setting region goals and objectives, develop the sales presentation, and support and assist in the region planning process.
- Manage and allocate local trade and promotional spending budgets with the objective of being aligned to region guidelines.
- Assess and evaluate the business results of his/her assigned customers and recommend strategic change strategies if necessary.
- Strong planning and organizing, leadership, coaching, judgment, negotiating, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions
- Critical thinking, demonstrate the ability to think and act in selling situations
- Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan
- Planning skills demonstrate the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results
- Microsoft Office and business math skills
