Senior Enablement Manager (Partner & Bank)

Job Overview:

Join AvidXchange as a Senior Enablement Manager, where you will spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive enablement frameworks that enhance our partnerships and drive scalable growth.

What You'll Do:

Develop Strategic Enablement Tools:
  • Create sophisticated training materials and playbooks tailored to partners such as banks and VARs.
  • Innovate certification programs that measure and enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Enhance Partner Training & Certification:
  • Design role-specific training sessions incorporating role plays and practical demonstrations.
  • Regularly update and refine training content to align with market trends and partner feedback.

Foster Collaborations:
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to synchronize training materials with market strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and partner companies to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.

Lead Content Management:
  • Develop a centralized repository of training resources, sales tools, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all content is easily accessible to partners and regularly updated to reflect the latest product advancements and sales tactics.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Experience in Learning and Development: Extensive background in designing and implementing training programs within technology or financial services industries.
  • Advanced Instructional Design Skills: Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Captivate, with a knack for creating engaging and educational content.
  • Strong Leadership Qualities: Experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams to drive training initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
