How you might spend your days

As an I&C Engineer, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where, you'll be:
  • Designing and developing by specifying instruments, sensors, controllers, and necessary equipment for automation/controls
  • Integrating the instruments/controls together into existing processes or new projects
  • Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Focusing on safety and compliance by designing with safe intent following standards/regulations
  • Develop and review technical documentation, including design specifications, control logic, and system diagrams.
  • Walking and verifying control/RTU cabinets that include, but not limited to:
    • Controllers
    • I/O cards
    • CHARMS
    • Power supplies
    • Wiring
    • Working on process optimization to improve existing processes
    • Work within ISO landscape (i.e. 9001, 14001, 61511 etc.)

The miles you've walked

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Technical Discipline
  • 3 years of experience in I & C (Life Science or Chemical Manufacturing experience considered a bonus)
  • Prior experience with any/all of the following processes/systems is required: SCADA, Process Instrumentation/Control Systems, HMIs, PLCs, control valves, instrumentation (i.e. LIT, FIT, TIT, etc.)
