Responsibilities
Responsible for leading research and evaluations primarily focused on community programs and policies in child welfare and other relevant fields. Serves as principal investigator on multiple simultaneous projects and supervises delegated projects (in-house and outsourced). Liaises with fellow FICW faculty and supports GROW Center R&E as needed and appropriate. Identifies and fills relevant research gaps toward new programmatic development and continuous quality improvement. Supervises a small team of research support staff, which may include faculty, A&P, OPS, and graduate assistant positions.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in social work or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting evaluations; experience supervising or coordinating research teams.

Low to mid $90,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
