Sr Reporting Software Application Developer - hybrid on site
in Greenville, SC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ; or Denver, CO
Software Application Developer for Servicing Director
Summary
This position offers the opportunity to work on NewRez's servicing system of record, Servicing
Director. This proprietary system is used to service over 3.5 million loans for one of the nation's
largest servicers. As a developer you will be directly responsible for creating new features,
making enhancements and performance improvements, as well as troubleshooting and fixing
any issues/bugs.
Job Duties
Create and modify complex SQL stored procedures used for critical financial
calculations.
Enhance and/or modify existing windows applications developed in VC++/MFC
Create/modify reports in Crystal Reports
Create or modify imports and exports used to interface with third party vendors
Closely interact with Business Analysts to flush out details of requirements and assess
the best solution.
Unit test all changes
Provide assistance to QA
Participate in code reviews of other developer's work
Qualifications/Skills
The ideal candidate is experienced with Visual C++ and Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and exposure to
VB, VB Script, and Crystal Reports is preferred.
Experience or knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.

Their work mode is Hybrid, 3 days in office so they always interview candidates who are local. No Remote option.
