in-home HVAC Comfort Advisor. One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation throughout the Twin Cities, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to help us grow our HVAC Sales & Installation Division.

This position is a straight commission position and demands a strong drive to succeed, excellent attention to detail, along with strong customer service and sales skills. Northern One Hour provides 90% of the leads and a competitive compensation plan that includes high annual early earning potential, a monthly bonus program, as well as a company vehicle, cell phone, iPad and other benefits.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 Years Sales Experience Required!
- HVAC Sales Experience may be beneficial, but is not required.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail with great follow-up skills
- Competitive spirit to win!
- Mathematical aptitude
- Good with technology and iPads
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
