Founded in 1996, CMES, Inc. is a rapidly growing, privately held Georgia-based civil construction company. We are seeking to add Civil Engineering Project Manager to our team to support our continued rapid growth within the highway construction industry.

Job duties:Prepare, review, monitor and track, project work plans, scope, schedules, estimates, and budget. Review the existing facilities to evaluate the potentials, issues, etc. Review feasibility analysis, permits, design, and constructions. Evaluate the potential construction vendors, general contractors, site/construction logistics, project team, etc. and finalize. Responsible for governmental inspections , permits and approvals through final completion. Expedite development timelines by providing functional expertise and counsel to General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Governmental Agencies. Ensure successful completion of projects in a team-based environment. Monitor the progress and quality is in accordance with the construction plan. Troubleshoot all areas of construction, such as, Electrical, Plumbing, Water Treatment, Painting, Landscape, construction equipment and safety systems. Document all logistics. Report to management on construction processes. Perform such other duties as required.Requirements: Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or related.

CMES Inc. was founded in February 1996 by professional civil engineers. The initial operations of CMES Inc. were conducted from their home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The founders were only employees for a time, working diligently to obtain and complete projects within budget and on time as per contract specifications.

Today, we are still young, but also an aggressive company comprised of experienced professionals from the engineering, design, analysis, construction, and project management fields. We have grown to a workforce of over 300 dedicated employees and a fleet of more than 400 heavy construction equipment and vehicles.
