Role
The Manager, Business Operations will support the executive team, the VP of Operations, and the broader organization in identifying and achieving key strategic and tactical objectives. This person should be equally comfortable conducting deep quantitative analysis, leading meetings with executives, and driving changes in systems or processes. No job will be too big or too small for the right candidate, making this an excellent role for someone looking to grow into a leadership role in operations. We are looking for someone who is humble, scrappy, and has a high ceiling.

- Integrity and discretion, deserving of the full trust of the CEO and COO
Education & Experience
- Full-time Bachelors' degree
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, playing a role that fosters a generalist skillset and mentality (e.g., consulting, startup operations)
