Sr. Director, Talent Strategy & Operations

The Senior Director - Talent Strategy and Operations is responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end Talent Strategy for GoTo Foods. This includes recruiting, developing, and retaining our associates leveraging current best practices in talent acquisition, employee value proposition, performance management, training, and others. In this role the successful candidate will act as a key strategic partner who drives the deployment of consistent talent and culture programs, standardization of talent acquisition processes, and implementation of media and technology strategies to ensure a consistent, positive candidate and associate experience for GoTo Foods. This person will also develop best in class programs that develop and retain our associates as we prepare them for key leadership roles.
