As a Remarketing Manager for AGCO Finance you will:
Lead a team of Asset Sales Specialists
Be a primary owner of the End of Lease process for AGCO Finance North America
Interface with End Users, AGCO Corp, and the AGCO Dealer network to manage the end of lease portfolio.

Day to Day

  • Primary focus centers on efficiently leading the asset sales end of lease team in managing the end of lease process for both the AGCO Dealer network and end-users. This is primarily accomplished by:
    • Managing end-user and/or dealer contact on set intervals. Offering re-financing solutions to end-users who wish to continue utilizing their current equipment.
    • Coordinating with the Inside Sales team to provide Early Term Payoffs
  • Providing the AGCO Dealer network with their specific end of lease options and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the external AGCO Finance sales team to make sure the AGCO Dealer network is fully aware of their leasing portfolio.
  • Provide strategic feedback to inventory remarketing team from conversations with dealers and end users.
  • Develop a proficiency in reviewing equipment inspection reports to make sure that lessees are held to the return conditions of their agreements.
    • Coordinating repair estimates with dealer
    • Itemizing and billing end-users for machinery repair charges
  • Provide support as needed for other day-to-day Asset Management duties including ad-hoc requests
  • Providing customer service solutions for end of lease discrepancies.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to team members ensuring that the portfolio is efficiently and accurately managed

Essentials

  • Bachelors Degree or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with an Agricultural OEM Dealer Network in a sales or sales support capacity preferred; relevant, comparable experience with other OEMs or in the agriculture industry will be considered for the right candidate
  • Previous experience in a team leader role preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural equipment is preferred; inspection or appraisal experience would be helpful
  • Successful history of meeting sales targets and building rapport with dealers
  • Inside Sales experience a plus, especially as it relates to phone sales effectiveness and manner
  • Technical skills including familiarity with Excel, auction websites, Iron Guides, and AGCO Dealer Portal

Applicable Pay Range

$75,322 - $112,984

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
