This is a ~6 month temporary assignment.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- BSc or BA degree in Business, Psychology or other related area
- 2+ years' experience of working at equivalent level
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods, acting as a learning partner to key stakeholders, using performance consulting, designing and delivering learning solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with senior leaders, employees and vendors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Trello, SharePoint is preferred.

- You will partner with function stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business need, while cultivating a culture of learning.
- You will propose the optimal learning design for the need, challenging traditional thinking and pushing for creative solutions.
- You will define, prioritize, and deliver role-based learning, measuring impact, and managing the overall development investment.
- Throughout, you will work very closely with the L&D teams across shared priorities to build consistency, reduce duplication and create and deliver solutions in support of BCG's overall learning agenda.
