WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a ~6 month temporary assignment.

As the Global Learner Portfolio Senior Manager supporting internal functions including Legal and Finance, you will be responsible for enabling functional and role-based learning.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • BSc or BA degree in Business, Psychology or other related area
  • 2+ years' experience of working at equivalent level
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods, acting as a learning partner to key stakeholders, using performance consulting, designing and delivering learning solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with senior leaders, employees and vendors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
  • Experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Slack, Trello, SharePoint is preferred.

  • You will partner with function stakeholders to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business need, while cultivating a culture of learning.
  • You will propose the optimal learning design for the need, challenging traditional thinking and pushing for creative solutions.
  • You will define, prioritize, and deliver role-based learning, measuring impact, and managing the overall development investment.
  • Throughout, you will work very closely with the L&D teams across shared priorities to build consistency, reduce duplication and create and deliver solutions in support of BCG's overall learning agenda.
