Services we provide
Spectrum Child and Family Services supports our community's children and teens that are delinquent, have been neglected/abused or abandoned; are medically fragile, multiple handicapped, dual diagnosed, and behaviorally and/or emotionally impaired. Our programs support a population with constantly changing needs and our goal is to strengthen and empower the families, so they become self-sufficient, stable, and competent.
Responsibilities
To provide leadership and direction for a residential treatment program, assuming overall administrative responsibility, ensuring that the program is carried out in the service area in accordance with the law and within the policies and standards set by the President, the Board of Trustees, and relevant funding and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
We offer a $5,000.00 performance-based bonus payable in three parts (note: the amounts listed are subject to State and Federal income tax).

Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent as defined by Michigan Child Caring Institution (CCI) Licensing Rules.
- Experience: Three years of directly related experience in a child caring institution with at least two years in supervision/administration required.
- Special Skills: Experience in advanced social work and counseling techniques with individuals, families, and groups, program administration, and staff supervision. Knowledge of behavior modification and trauma-informed.
- Transportation: Reliable and ongoing to make home visits and provide transportation to youth and families. Valid unrestricted Michigan Driver's License, with no restrictions on when and where the Worker may drive. Provide proof of vehicle insurance coverage on the vehicle used for transporting youth and families.
