Leadership and project management where it matters most! We're hiring a Site Activation Task Force (SATAF) Integrated lead to support our customer during the transition from Minuteman III to Sentinel Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System (ICBM)--the Department of Defense's largest and complicated weapon system transition. Working as part of our Integrated Support Contract supporting the ICBM PEO as well as Minuteman III and Sentinel System Program Offices (SPO), as SATAF Site lead for FE Warren AFB, you would lead a team supporting all government acquisition activities supporting deactivation of Minuteman III and deployment of Sentinel. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to provide leadership and counsel on Strategic Planning and Systems Engineering and Integration services on ICBM deployment and transition from an operations, maintenance/logistics, security, or civil engineering perspective. Candidates will oversee and participate in critical project management functions for the SATAF, including:
This position will help plan for cost, schedule and technical delivery for their assigned portfolio/responsibilities and will be an interface with appropriate ICBM Program Executive Officer staff, as well as Minuteman III and Sentinel SPO personnel.
This position will perform these activities in or around FE Warren AFB, Cheyenne WY. Hybrid work accommodations will not be considered.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Physics, Science, Mathematics, Logistics, National Security, or related field).
- 15+ years experience in Air Force Nuclear Weapon System operations, maintenance, security, or related civil engineering work.
- Demonstrated success in leading large technical organizations and/or Strategic Defense Operations and Planning.
- Ability to identify, establish and cultivate important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders internal and external to the USAF, including AFGSC, AFMC, AFNWC, 20 AF internally, and Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineering Center, and contractor personnel externally.
- Knowledge of Government contracting and current acquisition trends.
- Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor behaviors in the market.
- Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
