Position Overview:
The Smart Energy Portfolio Strategist is responsiblefor supporting the management and optimization of the product portfolio. Thismid-level role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating productdevelopment efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of productstrategies. The Product Specialist II will work closely with cross-functionalteams to drive product performance and align portfolio activities with businessobjectives.

Work Schedule: 3/2 hybrid after first 90 days

Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Assist in managing the productportfolio, including tracking performance metrics, analyzing product lifecyclestages, and making recommendations for portfolio adjustments.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identifytrends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to supportstrategic decisions and improve product offerings.
Product Development Support: Collaborate with productdevelopment teams to ensure that products are developed according to marketrequirements and business objectives. Assist in the creation of productspecifications and requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with marketing,sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product launches,promotions, and inventory management.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on productperformance metrics such as sales, profitability, and market share. Identifyareas for improvement and develop action plans.
Project Management: Support product launch projectsby coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-functional teamalignment.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customerfeedback to drive product improvements and address any issues or concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-dateproduct documentation, including product data sheets, marketing materials, andcompetitive analysis reports.

Must Have:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related field. Proven experience in analyzing market data and managing product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with product management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
We Value:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and portfolio management best practices.
- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
- Familiarity with product development processes
- Insight into pricing strategies and performance-driven analysis
