Requirements:

• Current and valid NP or PA licensure in Illinois

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information
• Diagnose and treat acute health care problems
• Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain detailed patient records
• Prescribe medications
• Educate patients on self-management of acute or chronic illnesses
