Job Title: Influencer & Community Manager Division: Corporate

Reports to: Senior Brand Manager

Position Overview:

The Influencer and Community Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty through influencer partnerships and community-building initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and online communities. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who can manage relationships with influencers, engage with the community, and contribute to the brand's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Strategy & Management:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including strategy framing, talent curation, and asset management.
  • Create curated lists of micro and macro influencers for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand values, target audience and
  • marketing initiative.
  • Help manage relationships with influencer partners and talent managers, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring open
  • communication and ongoing collaboration.
  • Stay up to date on influencer trends and emerging talents to identify opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
  • Oversee personalized gifting strategies by coordinating creative development and ensuring timely execution.
  • Own the curation of influencer guest lists for events, ensuring a diverse mix of talent that reflect the goal of the initiative.
  • Community Building & Engagement:
  • Develop and execute community outreach programs, including social media groups, forums, and brand ambassador programs.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in ideating, planning and executing events, including vendor sourcing, logistics, building marketing materials, collaborating with cross functional teams, budgeting and more.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, inventory management, attendee engagement, breakdown and any other needs. Monitor community feedback and sentiment, using insights to inform broader marketing and product development strategies.
  • Content Collaboration & Creation:
  • Work closely with influencers and community members to create authentic, user-generated content that supports brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, and product) to ensure that influencer and community content aligns with broader brand messaging.
  • Develop engaging content strategies that resonate with the community and build brand loyalty.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Maintain influencer gifting tracker and keep up to date on an ongoing basis for the leadership team to reference.
    • Compile and analyze performance of influencer giftings and campaigns, providing insights for strategic decision-making and improvements.
    • Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, showcasing the impact of influencer and community initiatives.
    • Help manage the documentation and reporting of event activities, maintaining a repository of best practices for future reference.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community management.
  • Proven experience in running successful influencer campaigns and managing relationships with influencers.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of influencer and community initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
