Role Description and Responsibilities :
The Industry Aerospace & Defense (A&D) team is responsible for defining, building and promoting innovative solutions and virtual experiences to support Dassault Systmes customers in their digital transformation and in achieving their performance and sustainability objectives.
An important part of the A&D Industry team activity consists of defining the growth plan and "go-to-market" strategies for the different Industry segments we serve and support the geos in executing those strategies
As an A&D Industry Value Expert in North America, you will develop Market & Sales opportunities and provide Sales and Business Consulting support to all engagement models to deliver revenue for Dassault Systmes solutions in the Aerospace and Defense sector
Responsibilities :
- Develop, capitalize and update Industry knowledge and know-how for Aerospace & Defense segments : client's business drivers, business model, value chain and ecosystem
- Document the Dassault Systmes value proposal for clients
- Define go-to-market strategies and Business development projects
- Engage with selected customers and support Value Assessment and Value Definition phase of Value Engagements
- Develop model-based Value Engagement approach and content for the Industry Solutions portfolio
- Support Sales enablement programs and Industry Certification
- Support the geos in business Planning and Go-to-Market execution
- Develop and animate the network of Aerospace and defense DS teams and partners
- Represent Dassault Systmes in Industry and Marketing events and thought leadership
Qualifications
MS Engineering with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, MBA is a plus
Industry experience in Aerospace and Defense engineering.
Experience in consultative selling approach
Knowledge and experience of CATIA Magic / Cameo for MBSE or Enterprise modelling is preferred
US citizenship required
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $ 150,000 - $190,000 representing the base salary and target bonus"
