Description:
Emagine IT has an immediate need for an Manager to join our team in support of our CMMC Team located remotely. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities include:
Act as Project Manager for C3PAO client engagements
Manage 2-4 teams of 2-3 personnel
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with latest CMMC guidance
Train and mentor personnel so that they are qualified and are able to accurately complete C3PAO projects
Review of client documentation, provide technical guidance and recommendations
Review pen testing and vulnerability scans findings (as needed)
Co-lead with Kickoff meeting with Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance
Conduct client meetings as defined in each engagement
Work with sales team to establish new customer projects and assist as technical SME on new customer meetings
Conduct quality assurance on work papers
Management level review of team work papers
Lead the interactions with the CMMC AB
Work with Director of Cybersecurity and Compliance to present packages to CMMC AB
Perform role of Sr. Consultant when Sr. Consultant is not available
Minimum Requirements:
7-10 years of experience with IT Security Auditing
Strong CMMC/800-171 and NIST experience (in order of preference):, NIST SP 800-171/CMMC, DoD CC SRG, RMF, NIST 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical audiences
Broad based IT background with a technical understanding of networks, protocols, security configurations, cryptography, identity and access management, and systems development life cycles.
