Job Title Finance Business Partner Job Description As our Finance Business Partner, you will be accountable for the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting of Intacct Direct channel and provide high quality strategic financial advice to support decision making and deliver financial targets. This role requires the individual to build strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across the Go-To-Market (Sales & Marketing), Product and Central Functions to drive and monitor business performance to maximise growth.

Your responsibilities include:
- Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting: You'll be accountable for accurate financial reporting, forecasting future performance, and creating budgets for the channel.
- Strategic Financial Advice: Providing high-quality strategic financial advice is essential. You'll support decision-making processes by analysing data and offering insights.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Building strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders across Sales & Marketing, Product, and Central Functions is crucial. Collaboration with these teams will drive business performance and maximise growth.

Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week in our greater Atlanta area offices. Key Responsibilities Summary of your day to day?
In this role, you'll be a trusted, respected, and influential business partner. You'll build strong relationships with leaders in Go-To-Market, Product, and central functions. Your responsibilities include maintaining robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and active participation in forecasting and budgeting discussions. Additionally, you'll challenge leadership on cost management, provide high-quality financial analysis, clarify the financial framework for the GTM function, support investment decisions, and drive innovation within the Finance team by simplifying processes and exploring automation opportunities.

Skills, know-how and experience:
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication; ability to summarise financial information for presentation to C-level execs.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and produces quality outputs to tight deadlines.
Ability to quickly build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted and credible strategic partner who is able to coach and influence senior business leaders.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity.
Show willingness and ability to dive into the detail.
Ambitious, proactive and solution-focused with high attention to detail
Experience in senior commercial finance roles operating in a matrixed environment.
Commercially aware with proven ability to identify and drive strategy
Level-headed team player with strong EQ.
