Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Manager & Business Development Manager to manage client accounts and drive business growth for our temporary staffing solutions. This hybrid role combines account management with business development, ideal for a professional who excels in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a passion for connecting companies with the talent they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions promptly.
  • Understand client needs and ensure our staffing services align with their business goals and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and metrics, providing insights for ongoing and future engagement.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of staffing services.

Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential business areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, creating a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop proposals, present staffing solutions, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and track progress, aiming to exceed revenue goals.

Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the availability of suitable candidates for client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Provide feedback on service offerings based on client interactions and industry trends to help improve services.


Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in staffing, recruitment, or a related industry, with a proven record in both account management and business development.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Understanding of the temp staffing industry and workforce solutions.
