Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high efficiency, high power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.

Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high efficiency, high power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for various aspects of technology development including process integration, device design, technology design rules, test chip, parametric testing, and process qualification.
- Establishing, measuring, and improving metrics for individual process modules including process objective specification, electrical performance and process control metrics.
- Propose technology design rules based on tool and process capabilities.
- Analysis and correlation of inline fab data and electrical data.
- Work with process engineers to define fab experiments.
- Drive unit modules to process maturity milestones.
- Define next-generation process architecture and be responsible for technology scaling.
Qualifications
- Minimum M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related field.
- 11+ years of experience in a similar job function.
- Understanding of device physics.
- Prior hands-on fab experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to work in manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in data analysis platform such as JMP.
