1. Ensure Supplier Quality: Play a critical role in ensuring our suppliers meet stringent quality standards.
2. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to manage supplier development and quality assurance processes.
3. Background in Supply Chain Management: A strong background in supply chain management.
4. Experience with APQP: Proficiency in advanced product quality planning (APQP).
5. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems.III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Supplier Quality Management:
1.1. APQP Management: Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes for new and existing suppliers.
1.2. Supplier Audits: Conduct detailed supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
1.3. Quality Issue Resolution: Collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
1.4. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance.
1.5. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality performance.
1.6. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of supplier quality activities, ensuring all processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.2Control New Product Quality Before SOP+3 Months:
2.1. Participate in designing new product test and detection plans, verifying detection and test capability for new products.
2.2. Organize process capability studies and verification of new product technological processes; participate in Run-at-Rate verification.
2.3. Organize product reviews of samples during new product development, quality gate reviews before mass production, and process reviews.
2.4. Participate in product reviews, revised changes reviews, and trial assemblies during customer's new product development.
2.5. Monitor the effective implementation of all necessary processes and plans during new product development.
2.6 Organize the document for new program PPAP and submit to customer on time. Handle ECR requirement from both internal and external.3New Product Verification:
3.1. Work with the Quality Verification Engineer to develop PV testing plans according to OEM requirements.
3.2. Participate in and track the implementation of PV testing plans to ensure timely attainment.4 Solve and Improve Quality Problems:
4.1. Handle quality problems during new product development and SOP+6 months.
4.2. Handle customer complaints and returns of goods during new product development and SOP+6 months.
4.3. Establish new product quality resumes, summarize quality problems, and provide improvement suggestions.5Quality Assurance Tasks:
5.1. Participate in internal training required by customers.
5.2. Train and guide on new product quality standards and inspection specifications.
5.3. Assist the quality control supervisor in recognizing and managing process change points.
5.4. Compile, archive, and transfer materials related to the new product development process.6Other works relating to quality assurance:
6.1 Responsible for providing training for IQC, OQC, Final Inspection, GP12, ETC.

Understand Chinese preferred.ExperienceFamiliarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including its principles, methodologies, and application in ensuring robust product and process development, is essential.EducationBachelor degree or above (The major supply chain management/mechanical preferred).Physical ConditionRequired to work in an office environment at a desk and interacting with others on the manufacturing floor. Must be energetic and able to work under pressure. Must be able to travel to customer facility, as required.Other RequirementsMATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

Training RequiredHave received systematic training regarding vehicle glass production process and major equipment; Have received systematic APQP training; Have received IATF16949 quality system (including 6 manuals) training; Have received systematic quality tool training; Have received VDA6.3 process audit training. V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.VI. Key Performance Indicators:
New APQP and PPAP approval on time, Problem rectification response rate, Supplier management improvement, Training pass rate.
